I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with Anderson Hammack. We had a small closed concept house and visions of what it could look like opened up. They told us how we could make that vision a reality and went to work. They kept us updated along the way and made great suggestions to make our small space seem big. Every person we talked with was absolutely wonderful. Chris had us to the house multiple times during the remodel to see the progress and make sure we were all on the same page. He kept us informed and was a fantastic guy to work with. Zion and the A- Team Crew did a great job and are clearly excellent craftsmen. We highly recommend Anderson Hammack and will use them again with any other projects.

We have lived in our house for 22 years, it is over 50 years old and it was time to do some major improvements.

We had contemplated moving vs. remodeling and had looked at some “newer” homes but always came back to the fact that we loved our location, but not the house. So we decided to update and stay.

Next step- how do you know where to start? We had been to the home show and talked with friends who have hired out to do remodeling. We needed a contractor to help us design, coordinate and accurately budget our project. It made us nervous, we had heard some bad stories about contractors. Over budget, not on schedule, not showing up, difficulties with communication etc.

A friend had recommended Anderson Hammack. Terry came to our home, we told him what our ideas were and he helped us design and plan our project. Anderson Hammack presented us with a range of 3 proposals with the cost and specifications for each. There were things that we hadn’t thought of and Terry made sure we knew what needed to be done to do the job right and keep within our budget.

The crew and subcontractors on our project were professional and easy to work with, answering all of our questions and concerns. They returned phone calls and emails promptly. The job site was very clean at the end of each day, no litter or signs of smoking and they did their best to protect the rest of our home from the construction mess.

We’d like to thank Terry, Chris, Eric, Kevin and the rest of the crew and Deb in the office for making this remodel everything we wanted and more.
